Born in Cittiglio (Varese) in ?.
Died in Lezzeno (Como) on May 19, 1881.
A fellow student of Don Guanella, he too was ordained in 1866. He was parish priest, vicar forane of Mendrisio and parish priest of Lezzeno.
In 1872, writing to his ordination companion Don Giovanni Battista Donati to complain about the treatment received from his confreres for the publication of the Saggio di admonimenti, Don Guanella sent him Don Pollini's greetings.
