Born in Rome on August 2, 1883.
Died there on April 8, 1871.
Valuable chemist, he directed the laboratory for the restoration of ancient documents in the State Archives of Rome. Elected deputy of Perugia in the political elections of 1919 and 1921, he was actively involved in charitable institutions and in the Catholic movement, founding youth clubs and workers' organizations. He served in the People's Party and was Undersecretary for Labor and Social Security.
President of the Congregation of Charity of Rome, he often received at home or in the office the parish priest Don *Aurelio Bacciarini, an assiduous beggar in favor of the poor of the Trionfale. A lecturer with a warm and eloquent word, he spoke in favor of Don Guanella's initiatives on several occasions: at the meeting held in the villa of Princess *Ruffo della Scaletta, president of the Roman committee, illustrating the theme: "Christian philanthropy in the field of charity and the works of don Luigi Guanella»; on Sunday 25 October 1914, in the presence of don Guanella, don Orione, and other friends of the Guanellian work in Rome, he gave a magnificent speech in memory of Pius X for the inauguration of the *parish halls of S. Giuseppe al Trionfale, illustrating the conditions of the neighborhood, recalling the beginnings of the works of the Servants of Charity and revealing various episodes in the life of don Guanella.
The bulletin of the San Giuseppe house in Via Aurelia Antica reports the death of his wife, Maria Antonietta of the Spinola marquises, which took place on 20 August 1925.
