The Centro Studi Guanelliani, a body belonging to the Guanellian congregations: Daughters of Santa Maria della Provvidenza and Servi della Carità, has the purpose of promoting studies on the life, writings and works of the founder and on the Guanellian tradition. It also proposes to deepen the knowledge of the spirit and charism of Don Luigi Guanella, as a guarantee of an always faithful preservation of our religious identity in the universal mission of the Church. (Regulations of the Servants of Charity, 1986, n. 306) It carries out its function through historical and philological research, archival conservation, bibliographic cataloging and the collection of documents.
